At The Rose Learning Center, we are dedicated to supporting growth by fostering safe and nurturing learning environments for all. We value all communication modalities, learning styles, and caregiver choices. We partner with students, families, school districts, and professionals to provide a strengths-based approach to achieving goals.

At The Rose Learning Center, we know about the power of collaboration. We partner with all members of the educational team in order to best support students. We support students by developing pathways with families and caregivers that foster growth in the areas of language, social emotional regulation, academic skills, future planning, and much more.

At the Rose Learning Center, we know that entering the world of inclusive education can be overwhelming. We are here to help. We can support with IEP review and development, help caregivers understand educational processes, and advocate for what students are promised by law and best practice.

We offer a range of services for professional organizations including but not limited to:
Hello! My name is Dr. Julie Aldridge, and I have been a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for ten years. One thing I love about my field is that each student is a unique and valued member of the broader DHH community. Although hearing differences are a common denominator, every student who passes through my classroom brings a distinct story, set of strengths, and individual needs. I believe that all communication modalities—American Sign Language, Listening and Spoken Language, and Signing Exact English, Etc.—are valuable, and that caregiver and student choice paired with evidence based practices should drive educational decisions and programming. I am honored to walk alongside students, families, and professionals as they learn and grow.
